Macmillan regularly sends out cash appeals nationwide using direct mail. The mailing data for each campaign can be broken down by areas, high- or mid-value, active or non-active donors, etc.
Each campaign would have two packs (main and reminder), and each could have two or three different leaflets and letters, as well as up to 10 variants of the donation form.
This campaign consisted of a main mailer using an Outer C5 (converted) envelope, two versions of the letter, two versions of the 8pp roll-folded A5 leaflet, two versions of the donation form (each made up of ten variants) and a BRE The
‘reminder’ mailing used an oversized DL (converted) envelope, a 2pp DL postcard, a combined 2pp A4 letter and donation form (ten variant overprint) and a BRE.
All content must be produced and collected as open artwork files with high-resolution PDFs and uploaded via FTP.
